Folders To Separate Sports Picks Sources & 3 Bookies?

I'm wondering if there is a way for me to be able to set up different folders for different sports picks and where I'm getting them from for example:
1. Dave
2. John
3. Phil
4. Ron

Also can add more bookies or is it just the 3 we have to work with?
